What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed in the “checkout” procedure. Deliveries within Australia are sent by Australia Post Parcel Post, whereas deliveries to all other countries are sent by Economy Airmail.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, Shipping charges are calculated and displayed in the “checkout” procedure. Deliveries to countries outside of Australia are sent by Economy Airmail.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Australian deliveries: The estimated delivery times in the “checkout” procedure are Australia Post estimates for the actual delivery time only. Please allow an additional two days (approximately) for your payment to be processed and your order dispatched. Most Australian orders will be received within 5 to 7 working days. Non-Australian (overseas) deliveries: Most orders will be received in approximately two weeks of when they are placed. However this does vary considerably – and largely depends on where in the world we are shipping to (and the postal system of that country!). Please allow up to three weeks for delivery before querying us on the possibly of your order having been lost in transit. If you require a faster delivery than these standard options, then please contact us and we can assist with making arrangements for shipping via your preferred carrier.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Credit Cards [Mastercard, Visa, AMEX] and Direct Bank Transfer/Deposit.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We use SSL for the encryption of all transactions and your account details. We do not store Credit Card information on our server. We use PayPal Secure Processing servers for processing Credit Card Transactions.

How do I place an Order?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Your Order must be cancelled within 24 hours. Please contact as as soon as possible.

Do I need an account to place an order?

With PayPal Express Checkout you do not need an account to place an Order. An Account will then be automatically setup for you, so you can check your Orders.

How Do I Track My Order?

When you Order is Posted/Shipped we will send you a Tracking Number.

How Can I Return a Product?

Rockstar stands behind the quality of our goods and the services we provide. If you are not happy with your order for any reason then do not hesitate to contact us so that we can endeavour to correct the situation. If goods are received damaged (damaged in transit or otherwise) then we will provide replacement goods (where possible), or a refund, provided you contact us about the problem within 14 days of receipt of goods. Damaged or faulty goods may need to be returned to us, however please contact us first so that we can determine the best remedy.
